refund & returns

Everything in the spuntentertainment shop is made to order (print-on-demand), so our policy reflects how that works. We want you happy with your gear.

damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered (e.g. a misprint or wrong size shipped), we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

buyer's remorse / wrong size ordered

Because items are custom-printed just for you, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for ordered-wrong sizes or change-of-mind. Please check the sizing details before ordering. If something's off, reach out — we'll do what we reasonably can.

order issues & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us ASAP. Once an item enters production we usually can't stop it, but we'll try.

how refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
