This policy covers the spuntentertainment shop at shop.spuntentertainment.com. Because the shop processes orders, it collects more than our main site. We keep it straight with you.

• Order & contact info. Your name, email address, and shipping address, so we can process and deliver your order and send order confirmations.
• Payment info. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe processes it directly and securely.
• Technical data. Standard request logs (IP, browser, pages) via our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, for security and operation.

how we use it

• To process payments, fulfill and ship your order, and email you about it.
• To handle returns, refunds, and support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to operate and secure the shop.

who we share it with

We share only what's needed to fulfill your order, with:

• Stripe — payment processing. (stripe.com/privacy)
• Printful — print-on-demand production and shipping; receives your name and shipping address to deliver your items. (printful.com privacy)
• Cloudflare — hosting and security.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll handle it.

The shop is not directed to children under 13.
